What are we about?

Our intention is to provide products to the mature Internet user, one who knows what he/she requires and also knows that they are paying too much because they are subsidising other users by paying for services they do not require or use.

No Frills Online provides a range of unbundled Internet related products. You can select exactly what you need, and easily add and remove from your selection whenever you need to do so. There is no need to take a bundle that 'closely' matches what you require, or modify your requirements to match the available bundles, or even a product that includes 'everything', even though you do not need it all.

We provide basic products at cost-effective prices. You do not cross subsidise other users - everyone gets what they need at a fair price. This even extends to our support desk - we do not provide one, so you do not subsidise users who do need a support desk. That's right, we do not provide an end-user support desk. Our target customer is either familiar enough with computers to be able to configure and test his/her setup, or they have access to such a person.

Our support desk is concerned with our network. If you believe that one of our servers or services is down, or if you wish to track an email, then you can contact us. If you need help checking your system for viruses, or help to configure your computer, then we cannot help and you would need to contact an ISP that does provide an end-user support desk.

Have a close look at your Internet account, then check our prices. There is a good chance that by switching you will save money. How? We do not expire your unused ADSL. If you pay for 1GB or 10GB today, it's yours until you use it all, not just till the end of the month. You save twice - once because we charge you less, and a second time because we do not 'expire' your unused bandwidth. We ask only that your minimum spend with us be R10 per month. That can be your own mailbox, your own website or even 1GB of bandwidth.

There is a good chance that you have been paying your ISP too much since you started using Broadband. Why not consider our range of products instead? We can provide just what you need:-
